Actors Diogo Nobre and Ivo Marçal participate in the series “5 Starz” on RTP Play. Produced by Promenade and directed by Justin Amorim, RTP Lab’s new bet is the portrait of a generation of young people between the ages of 20 and 26, who seek financial independence by raising various precarious jobs, while dealing with family traumas, loves and disagreements, social networks and applications that measure performance. Over six episodes, the story follows the daily lives of five friends, who live and work together as food delivery couriers. Gonçalo Cabral, Bruna de Magalhães, Mia Fernandes, India Branquinho and Bruno “Nurb” Leça are the protagonists.
“5Starz” is one of the projects selected for the INPUT TV international festival, along with six programs from around the world. The event will take place between the 9th and 13th of May, in Barcelona, and its premise is to encourage the creation of new public service television projects.
