Diogo Nobre is one of the protagonists of the renewed season of the youth series “Morangos com Açúcar”. The actor plays the character Nico, a young man who grew up in a less luminous area of the Estoril Line, in a challenging environment. His father is often involved in petty crimes and his mother struggles to provide her son with a better future. Therefore, she enrolled Nico at Colégio da Barra. Nico plans to enroll in a science course so as not to disappoint his mother, but music has always been his great passion. He sings, composes and plays his own compositions. He secretly dreams of becoming a famous musician and has the talent for it, but life’s circumstances continue to pull him in other directions. To help with expenses, Nico works after school at a bar where school students hang out. Madalena, the school director, hears Nico singing and encourages him to pursue his dreams. Madalena’s disinterested support is perceived by Nico as something more. He becomes convinced that the director has a romantic interest. He is fascinated by her, a feeling that escalates until it reaches proportions that are impossible to hide.
