Actress Vânia Naia is part of the cast of the series “O Crime do Padre Amaro”, based on the iconic work of Eça de Queiroz. Directed by Leonel Vieira and produced by Volf Entertainment, RTP’s new bet tells the “story of the passion between Amaro, a young priest, and Amélia, a young believer, in a tense and emotional plot”. Starring the actors José Condessa and Bárbara Branco and composed of a luxury cast that includes names like José Raposo, Filomena Gonçalves and Natália Luiza, the series premieres today at 22:30 on the public channel and later on RTP Play.
